Why LevelOneAI

Every tool does its job. None of them works the issue between them through to a close.

We help businesses see operational problems through to resolution, from the first sign of a change to the confirmed close, across the systems they already use. We connect the commitments, changes and evidence scattered across email, ERP and CRM into one piece of work: what's at risk, who owns the next step, and proof that it's resolved.

Your ERP, CRM and specialist tools each do their part well. The problems that get missed are the ones between them. That's the part LevelOneAI follows.

Our approach

Most AI starts with the technology. We start with the work your people rebuild by hand every day.

Start with the work

What your tools do, and what they leave to your people

One test for each: when what's actually happening stops matching a promise held in another system, does it give your team one place to work the issue until it's resolved?

ToolGood atLeaves to your people
AI from your ERP or CRM vendorAnswering questions, reading supplier messages and proposing changes to its own records. The consequences run past it: the planner's spreadsheet, the jobs and customer orders in other systems, who has to approve, and whether the issue was actually resolved.
An AI agent, built and maintained by your teamDoing individual steps: reading an inbox, drafting a reply, updating a field when someone asks.Someone has to build and keep up the record of the work, the matching, the rules, the exceptions and the follow-up, for every workflow, for good.
Specialist toolsOne slice done well: supplier portals, scheduling, CPQ, tracking, AR automation, spec management. Each sees its own slice. None works an issue through the others to a close.
BI dashboardsShowing trends and status from the data in your systems. They report what the systems say. They don't read the email that changed it, and they don't chase anyone.
Process miningShowing where a process deviates, from system event logs.It can't see email, spreadsheets or calls, and it diagnoses rather than working each exception.
LevelOneAI WorkbenchWorks alongside all of them: turns a broken promise into a work item your team owns, connects the evidence across systems, and keeps the issue open until it's resolved, with your people approving what matters.
Why can't we just add an AI agent?

LevelOneAI and your ERP's AI

Your ERP runs the business. LevelOneAI helps the business run across systems.

ERP vendors are building good AI into their platforms, and you should use it. Some can already read a supplier's email and propose the change to the PO. Here's an honest test for when that's enough, and when it isn't.

Your ERP's AI is enough when

  • The problem starts and ends inside the ERP
  • Updating the record is the whole job
  • Everything the decision needs is already in the ERP

If that's your situation, you don't need another layer. Use what you already pay for.

Add LevelOneAI when

  • The change matters because of what it affects in other systems: the job, the batch, the customer order, the invoice
  • The numbers people trust live outside the ERP, in a planner's spreadsheet or a supplier portal
  • Resolving it takes several people and an approval, not one field update
  • Someone has to make sure it's actually resolved, not just that the record changed

It works alongside your ERP's AI. When it gets better, the Workbench gets better data.

Why not a specialist tool?

For each workflow, there's a tool that covers part of it. Here's where a Workbench fits alongside it.

Supplier PO Exception Workbench

Why not a supplier portal?

A supplier portal works when suppliers use it. Most still reply by email, and a portal doesn't know which customer orders a late PO puts at risk. The workbench reads the replies you already get and works each PO through to receipt. Whether it also reads EDI acknowledgments and ship notices is agreed during setup.

Production & Delivery Risk Workbench

Why not a planning or scheduling tool?

A scheduling tool optimizes the plan it's given. It doesn't read the supplier's email that changed it. The workbench catches the change, shows what it breaks and proposes the fix for the planner to approve.

Quote-to-Order Workbench

Why not quoting software (CPQ)?

Quoting software builds a correct quote from what's in it. It doesn't notice when the customer's email changes the date, or that operations hasn't confirmed capacity. The workbench catches the change and carries it through into the order.

Order Health Workbench

Why not a tracking or order-status tool?

A tracking tool answers "where's my order?" faster. It still waits for the customer to ask. The workbench starts from the delay, finds which promises it breaks and tells customers first.

Order-to-Cash Disputes Workbench

Why not AR automation or a credit-risk tool?

AR automation sends reminders on schedule, and credit tools predict who might pay late. Neither tells you why this customer is holding payment, which team can fix it, or what you're still shipping them.

Supplier Compliance Evidence Workbench

Why not a spec or quality management system?

Your spec system holds the record of truth, but only for documents someone has entered. It doesn't read the supplier's email promising a renewal, or chase it. The workbench works alongside it and nothing is written to it until your team updates it.

Common wrong turns

Each of these fixes something. None of them fixes the work between systems.

Automating the workaround

Speeding up a spreadsheet or a copy-paste step makes the workaround faster, and harder to remove.

Bolting AI onto one system

An assistant inside one system fixes that system's part of the problem. The consequences land in the others.

Replacing the system of record

A new ERP or CRM is a multi-year project, and the work between systems is still there afterwards.

Pushing adoption harder

If people have to go looking for context, they'll keep using the inbox. Bring the context to the work instead.

Point-to-point integrations

Each one fixes a single handoff and adds one more thing to maintain. None of them owns the outcome.

Works with the partner who runs your systems

Your ERP or CRM partner configures the system: fields, screens, permissions, integrations. LevelOneAI handles the work that crosses systems: the supplier email, the planning sheet and the customer order that all describe the same problem. The two fit together, and we're happy to work alongside your partner.

For partners

What makes it different

  • One record for each order, PO or job, matched across email, ERP and CRM
  • Every fact labeled confirmed, conflicting, inferred or unknown, with its source
  • Items stay open until there's evidence they're resolved, not until an email is sent
  • Nothing changes in your systems without approval
  • Designed to keep only what it needs to run the work
  • One workflow at a time, measured against your baseline

Fewer surprises

Delays, disputes and changed commitments are caught while there's still time to act.

Better decisions

Each change is shown with what it puts at risk: orders, revenue, cash or compliance.

Reliable execution

Every issue has an owner and closes on evidence, not on a sent email.
