See a workbench on work you'll recognize.
Pick a workflow. You'll see a normal day today, the same day in the workbench, and what changes.
Demo · Quote-to-Order Workbench
Answer customers faster, and make sure what sales promised is what operations delivers.
Recognize this? One changed deal lives in six places.
Tuesday, Oct 20. Jordan Reyes sells conveyor systems. He has 23 open quotes. Yesterday, on a call, one customer changed the delivery date.
Where the Pacific Coast deal lives this morning
- Call recordingOct 19: "We need the equipment two weeks earlier." Nov 30, not Dec 14.
- Quote Q-22918-week lead time. Ships Dec 14.
- CRM$412K, Proposal. Close date and next step on the old timeline.
- Customer emailRenee Whitfield restates Nov 30 and asks for a revised install plan
- OperationsNobody has asked whether the plant can build two weeks sooner
- Jordan's notes"Answer by Friday."
What it takes Jordan to respond
- 0:00Re-watch the 42-minute call to find the exact ask
- 0:12Dig up the latest quote version
- 0:18Email operations about capacity
- 0:18–1:40Wait for operations
- 1:40Update the CRM by hand, if there's time
An afternoon for one changed deal. 22 to go.
And it gets harder. The customer wants an answer by Friday. The next pipeline review is Monday, and the CRM still says the deal looks fine.
Quote-to-Order Workbench
Answer customers faster, and make sure what sales promised is what operations delivers.
What it connects
- Customer email
- CRM opportunities
- Quotes and quote revisions
- Engineering and pricing answers
- Operations capacity
- ERP sales orders
What closes an issue
- Operations confirmed capacity
- Revised quote accepted
- Order entered for Nov 30
Why not quoting software (CPQ)?
Quoting software builds a correct quote from what's in it. It doesn't notice when the customer's email changes the date, or that operations hasn't confirmed capacity. The workbench catches the change and carries it through into the order.
