Operations Workbench Starter
See what each change puts at risk, and stay on it until it's resolved.
Add LevelOneAI in Claude or ChatGPT, connect your email and drop in any documents you have. Starter lists the changes that need attention, what they put at risk and what's still missing, and stays with each one until it's resolved.

No setup project. Three steps.
- 1
Add LevelOneAI in Claude or ChatGPT
One connector, added in the assistant you already pay for. Nothing to install, no IT project.
- 2
Connect your email
With the assistant's own Gmail or Outlook connector. Starter only reads. It never sends, moves or deletes mail.
- 3
Add documents, if you have them
An open-PO export, a schedule, an AR aging report. Add none, one or several. Each one makes the results sharper.
You'll need: A paid Claude or ChatGPT plan. For work email, a business or enterprise plan is recommended.
Every item, with its evidence
You see why, not just what.
- What changed: the original and revised values.
- Why it matters: the orders and commitments it affects.
- What we know: each fact with its source and when it arrived.
- What's still uncertain: conflicts and missing information, never hidden.
- What happens next: the proposed step, its owner and whether it's approved.
- What closed it: the evidence that the action worked.
When an email could match more than one order, it asks instead of guessing. When a document is missing, the item says "impact not assessed" rather than "no impact."

Value on the first run. More with every document.
From your email, on day 1
- Every order, PO, quote and invoice in your email as one work item
- Changes caught as they arrive: Oct 12 → Oct 26
- Ranked by urgency, with the evidence for each item
- Owners, next steps, and items that stay open until there's proof they're resolved
When you add documents
- Which jobs, customer orders or invoices each change affects
- A harmless date change told apart from one that puts an order at risk
- Dollars at risk, when your export has order values
- Fewer "impact not assessed" items, as each document fills a gap
Make the results sharper
What's missing, ranked by how many items it would help
- 1
Add your requirements or stock export
9 PO changes show "impact not assessed" without it
- 2
Your open-PO export is 6 days old
3 dates in it conflict with newer supplier emails
- 3
Confirm: does "Ridgeway order 77" mean PO 4512?
One email could match two POs, so it asks instead of guessing
- 4
Add order values to your sales-order export
Shows dollars at risk instead of order counts

Not the same as pasting a file into Claude
A chat can analyze a file once. Starter keeps track of the work, day after day, until it's resolved.
| Pasting a file into Claude or ChatGPT | Operations Workbench Starter |
|---|---|
| Starts from zero every time | Remembers every promise and change: Oct 12 → Oct 26 → "Monday" |
| Answers what you think to ask | Catches the change nobody asked about, ranked by risk |
| Can reason differently each time | Applies the same risk rules every time, so the same data gets the same answer |
| A snapshot | Compares this week's export with last week's, and re-checks when your data changes |
| A summary | A record with an owner, a next step and a status, kept until it's resolved |
| Says what to do | Records what was done, and checks it worked from later email or data |
| Silent about gaps | Shows "impact not assessed" and which document would fill the gap |
Your data, and what IT will ask
Email is never stored
Your assistant reads your mail with its own connector. LevelOneAI keeps short labels, never message text.
Documents: fields only
From your documents it keeps the fields it needs, such as PO numbers, dates, quantities and amounts, encrypted with your own key. Never the files.
Read-only
It never sends, moves or deletes mail, and never changes your systems.
You can leave cleanly
Export your work history anytime. Data is deleted 30 days after a trial ends or a plan is cancelled.
When the team needs more
Starter shows you the problem in your own work. The Workbench is how your team fixes it every day.
The Operations Workbench adds live connections to your ERP and planning data, the whole team in one queue, approvals, write-back and monitoring that runs without anyone opening it. Your history, rules and mappings carry over. Starter fees paid in the 6 months before you buy a Workbench are credited toward its setup.

Questions
- What happens after the 30 days?
- Keep going on Starter for $199/month or $1,990/year. You add a card only then. If you don't, your account becomes read-only and your data is deleted 30 days later.
- Do I need a card for the trial?
- No. You only add a card if you decide to keep it after 30 days.
- What do I need?
- A paid Claude or ChatGPT plan. For work email, a business or enterprise plan is recommended.
- Does it connect to our ERP?
- No. Starter reads exports you add from any ERP or spreadsheet, such as an open-PO list or a schedule. Live connections are part of the full Operations Workbench.
- Do I have to add documents?
- No. It works on email from the first run. Documents are what let it say which orders a change affects, so it shows you which one would help most.
- How is this different from asking Claude to analyze a file?
- A chat starts from zero each time. Starter keeps a record of every promise and change, applies the same risk rules every time, tracks each item to a verified close, and tells you what's missing.
- Can my team use it?
- Starter is for 1 user and 1 mailbox. That's enough to see the value on your own work. When more people or other mailboxes need it, that's the full Operations Workbench, and your Starter fees count toward its setup.
- How do I get an invoice or receipt?
- A receipt is emailed for every payment, and you can download invoices from your billing page.
- Can I cancel?
- Anytime, from your billing page. You can export your work history before your data is deleted.
