Demo
See a workbench on work you'll recognize.
Pick a workflow. You'll see a normal day today, the same day in the workbench, and what changes.
Demo · Supplier Compliance Evidence Workbench
Keep every supplier document current, and close the gaps before an audit finds them.
Recognize this? One supplier document lives in six places.
Monday, Oct 19. Dana Lewis manages supplier compliance for a food manufacturer with 64 suppliers. A customer audit is two weeks away.
Where the oat-flour allergen statement lives this morning
- Spec systemAllergen statement valid until Sep 28
- Supplier emailOct 2: "Renewal after our November audit. Expect it by Nov 15."
- Document libraryLatest file: the 2025 statement
- Item masterOat flour used in 3 active products
- Audit calendarCustomer audit on Nov 4
- Tracking sheetLast updated in August
What it takes Dana to check one supplier
- 0:00Open the tracking spreadsheet
- 0:07Check each document in the spec system
- 0:22Search the document library for newer files
- 0:30Search the inbox for the supplier's replies
- 0:38Work out which products use the material
40 minutes for one supplier. 63 to go before the audit.
And it gets harder. The statement is already expired, it's used in three products, and the renewal won't arrive until after the audit.
Supplier Compliance Evidence Workbench
Keep every supplier document current, and close the gaps before an audit finds them.
What it connects
- Supplier email
- Spec or quality system
- Document library
- Item master and active products
What closes an issue
- Interim letter or renewal received
- Spec record updated
- Audit file complete
Why not a spec or quality management system?
Your spec system holds the record of truth, but only for documents someone has entered. It doesn't read the supplier's email promising a renewal, or chase it. The workbench works alongside it and nothing is written to it until your team updates it.
